This healthy meatballs and veggies flatbread recipe is ready in 10 minutes and it is a great way to use up all those leftovers you have in your fridge. This homemade pizza is so quick and easy to make and perfect for a weeknight or weekend dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Flatbreads or naan breads
  • 3 leftover meatballs (meatloaf) or any other meat
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 3 cups chesse shredded
  • 1 cup sauteed peppers and onions or any other veggies

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place your naan or flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese (or more if needed).
  • Spread this cheese mixture on top of the flatbreads.
  • Cut up the meatballs (meatloaf) into thin slices and arrange in a single layer on top of the cheese layer.
  • Then add the veggies.
  • Top with a generous amount of shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Turn on the broiler for the last 5 minutes until the cheese is nice and golden brown.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
