How to make this easy 3-ingredient Chicken Green Bean Casserole
First, preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. This roaster pot is similar to mine and works great for this one-pot recipe.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, green beans, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.

Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 35–40 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese or crispy onions, and bake uncovered for an additional 5–10 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with mashed potatoes, couscous, rice, or a side of warm dinner rolls.

This recipe also makes a wonderful Thanksgiving casserole! If you’re already making traditional green bean casserole, try this heartier version with chicken for a satisfying twist. It’s a great way to stretch your menu and feed a crowd with minimal prep time.
Serve it alongside turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes — or make it as a main dish for smaller Thanksgiving gatherings where you want something easy, cozy, and comforting.
