I am Eve and I am the food blogger behind Emmandi’s Kitchen. I named the blog after my two children, Emma and Andy. I started this blog as a place to share my love for cooking.

This blog is all about quick, easy, and delicious family-tested and approved recipes. I am also a full-time working mom and it is important for me to put a good home-cooked meal on the table every night. One that is healthy but also quick and easy. Most of the recipes you will find here are made with not a lot of ingredients and take less than 30 minutes to cook.

I am originally from Bulgaria, Eastern Europe. I moved to America when I was 16. I hold a degree in Communications and Marketing and I currently work in my field.

I am a self-taught cook that loves cooking and creating new recipes. Working full-time and raising a family can be challenging and overwhelming so I try to come up with quick, easy but delicious and nutritious meals that are family-friendly and kids approved.

My cooking is influenced by both my Eastern European roots as well as my life in America for the last 20 years.

I currently reside in Maryland with my husband, our two children, and our Yorkie, Zoey.
