Hash Brown Egg Casserole with Kielbasa

- 8 frozen hash brown patties
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk whole or 2%
- 1 pkg smoked kielbasa sausage already cooked cubed, or sliced
- 1.5 cup shredded provolone cheese any cheese of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Savory spice linked above, optional
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Arrange frozen hash brown patties in the dish, in a single layer.
Cube or slice (half-moon) the kielbasa and layer evenly on top of the hashbrowns.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, the milk, and the seasoning.
Pour evenly over the hashbrowns and kielbasa.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese. Add as much or as little as you want.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the eggs have set and the top is golden brown.
